EKILIBRE is an independent firm specialized in tailor-made support for companies and organizations, of all sizes and in all sectors of activity, to help them combine their performance goals and the well-being of their teams.
The firm has been managed by its founding partner, Jean-Christophe VILLETTE, since 2012.

EKILIBRE - Psychological support
and mediation
Supports the implementation of measures aimed at reinforcing the active listening of employees (toll-free number, on-site permanence, employee counselling system), to resolve conflicts or even to assist in the event of an emergency.
